Data Deletion

You can delete the data Bulkit holds about you at any time. Most of it is self-service.
Disconnect a social account
Dashboard → Connections → Disconnect.
This revokes our stored OAuth tokens immediately and, where the platform supports it, revokes the token on their side as well. Scheduled posts for that account are cancelled.
Delete your Bulkit account
Dashboard → Settings → Delete account.
Account data is deleted within 30 days of closure. Post content, OAuth tokens, and connected account data are deleted at closure. Full retention periods are set out in section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
If you cannot access the dashboard
Email privacy@bulkit.io from the address on the account, or from any address if you include enough detail for us to identify it. We respond within 30 days.
